Will my package be delivered to my final destination anywhere in Nigeria?

Yes, we will deliver anywhere in Nigeria so long as your preferred address is valid and entered correctly.

What type of vehicles are available for delivery?

Depending on the size of the shipment, all of the following are available to be used for delivery.

What happens when a shipment gets damaged or missing?

This rarely happens but in the event that it does, we will make full refund to the customer based on the value declared of item(s) missing or damaged.

Am I allowed to tip the staffs?

No please. Our drivers earn sufficiently to be able to serve you daily.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Delivery of produce & packages within Lagos is often completed in 48hrs, while it may take up to 3days to deliver items to any other parts of the country.

Occasionally, we schedule delivery for specific dates and ensure dates are explicitly communicated to clients before hand.

Our warehousing facility is a very secured space that ensures goods and products are protected from external breach and pilfering.

What are your operating hours?

We are available to serve you from Monday through till Saturdays. However, our call in time spans from Monday to Friday within the timelines of 9am and 5pm.
